Vibrations Difficulties Merku 

This challenge is usually due to used u-joint or dings and dents in your driveline tubing. We are able to assist you with suggestions on u-joint upkeep for your Merku.

Merku Driveline Failure  Symptoms 

New or strange noises from under the vehicle are a symptom of a problem with the driveshaft. These noises can be  emulating from the following:

• Transmission or transfer case output seal or bushing failure or possibly from the center support bearing that can cause the driveline malfunction.
  
  
• Driveline u-joints excessive wear or failing will interfere with the driveshaft’s ability to rotate properly. This will cause; rattling, clunking, scraping, or even squeaking sounds.
  
  
• U-joints could be operating with dried up lubrication may also produce a squeaking noises at reduced speeds. Clicking or knocking sounds specifically can indicate a faulty CV joint. Any noises such as these are an indicator that your vehicle is ready for maintenance. Problems with turning the vehicle is another likely sign of a bad driveshaft. A broken driveline can prevent wheels from turning properly, giving you trouble when trying to make turns. This issue limits your overall control of the car. You need any issues that prevent you from driving the car correctly addressed right away for safe driving and continued use of the vehicle.

Merku Driveline Shuddering

Experiencing a significant shudder when accelerating from low speed or a stopped position, it can be another sign of failing driveline components.  A u-joint or bad center bearing and/or damaged slip yoke splines within the driveline may cause the faltering acceleration. You may also hear sounds while the car is shuddering from the worn-out u-joint. Driveline failure at freeway speeds is traumatic, don’t let it happen to you or your wife. 

Vehicles with 4 x 4 off road and 4wd Pickups tend to be harder on the drivelines. We offer both front and rear drivelines plus customized (for your application) if required. We fabricate over five different configurations for Merku drivelines. In addition, we offer  a complete assortment of new Spicer Dana and NEAPCO slip and weld yokes, u-joint and driveline parts, and flanges We typically modify drivelines by reducing length or lengthening your driveline.

Also provided are heavy-duty commercial drive-lines these are one of our primary business areas, like over the highway 18 wheel, farming, development, and mining driveshafts. We also have a large supply of power takeoff  shafts (PTO).   Carden CV joint drivelines are made for automobiles with point of view (angles) difficulties are available, along with drivelines built to your unique style and design specs. 

The fundamental function of your driveline is to transmit power from a single point to another one in a free of vibration and continual motion. The drivetrain was created to send out torque through perspectives angles from your transmission towards the axle (or auxiliary transmission). The driveline must go through constantly changing general viewpoints (angles) in between the transmission and axle. It must be able to changing length while sending torque (by way of the slip yoke).  The differential rides suspended by springs inside an irregular, hovering space.
