We have a simple return and warranty policy, see the following paragraphs:
If customers fails to make any payment or any portion thereof, when due, the entire unpaid balance shall, at the Company's election, become immediately due. A finance charge of 1-1/2% per month (18% per annum) but not in excess of the legal maximum, may be added on any amount 20 days in arrears.
Core returns will only be handled in accordance with published Company policy in effect from time to time. Core return information, core return number and shipment destination are typically provided with the shipment. Cores are returned freight prepaid by customer. If you have a question please call 1-800-216-1632 prior to shipment. Cores are returned to the factory where they under go a core inspection process, the factory writes and mails a check to us, we then write a check to you. Receipt of core funds can take up to six weeks. Cores are subject to a $50.00 factory core inspection fee, deducted from core deposit at time of refund. Cores returned after 5 weeks are subject to discount of core value.
Please contact our sales department (call 1-800-216-1632) before returning any merchandise. You will be provided a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#), this number must appear on the outside of the shipping package in large legible letters. Packages received without this number will be refused. Please include a copy of the original invoice.
All returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge plus credit card fee's, unless prior arrangements have been made with the sales department. There are no returns allowed after 30 days of date received, all returns are to be shipped freight prepaid. Please allow at least fifteen workings days to process merchandise returns. Opened kits and partial kits are not returnable.
Shortage or Damage Claims
The customer is responsible for inspecting packages (that appear damaged) upon arrival.. If a product appears to be damaged, the freight carrier must be notified at the time of delivery. Any damaged freight claims must be filed with the freight carrier by the customer. All claims need to be made within seven day from receipt of purchase.
Warranty returns vary depending upon the individual manufacture.
We warrant that the merchandise sold is free from defect in material and workmanship.
In the event that any merchandise is defective the remedy is to receive a replacement
part. Drivetrain Inspector/technical personnel will make the determination if parts
failed due to material and workmanship of obecause of incorrect installation or because
the driver was just having to much fun. All other warranties are excluded.
